SouniLiving is a Property Management Consultancy company in Cyprus and we currently control Souni, Zanadja, Episkopi, Erimi, Kolossi and Limassol in Cyprus, distinctively covering newly built properties, traditional property, land and development, lettings and Property Management.

Our office is located in the scenic development that is Country Rose just outside of Souni Village. As well as SouniLiving, we decided very quickly that the name Limassol-Living was the way forward. This is helping us find people to show off Souni stone houses and help to sell some exclusive homes in this area.

With over 20 years of experience, our friendly Property Management Consultants are dedicated and strive for property whether we are letting, selling or managing. Further, more significantly, we are independent which gives us the ability to develop new and innovative services that really benefit our clients individually. I am now based here in Limassol having come straight out of Florida where I lived for the past 7 years. During that time I worked as a Property Manager for some 38 homes in the Disney location. Whilst in Florida I passed the exams to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Licensed Mortgage Broker. I also passed the required law exams allowing me to be active in this industry. I am of Greek origin and able to communicate with the local Cypriot and Law officials. I have now made Cyprus my home and can’t see a time in my life I would move to England as I love the sunshine.

What can I say about living in Cyprus? I can say I am so happy to be here away from the rain in the UK and the cold dark winters. I am going to learn Greek, so when I go shopping or meet the locals I can try to speak in their language. I have over 20 years of experience stemming from England concentrating in Sales, Letting and full Property Management. I am proud to say I started this business from its roots in Central London and still have a wonderful trusted team behind me. I have teamed up with Stephen to form two new ventures, that of SouniLiving and Limassol-Living.
